How Do I Install Spotlights Into Existing False Ceiling?
Does anyone out there knows how can I install spot lights in my false ceiling?
I would like to know how I put the cables on top of it and distribute them to the holes I make for the spotlights.
Should I open part of my ceiling to access above it?

You may have to pop out every other panel from the source to the destination, but you should be able to easily pull the cables through.
I don’t know if leaving the exposed cables on top of the drop ceiling is up to code or not.
access from the top is the most correct way.
first make sure that from the attic you can access the top of your existing ceiling.
if that is possible then you will be able to run the wiring from the new lights to the attic space and from there access existing wiring(switches, power )
in some situations you will wind up just blowing up the ceiling and do what you want to do and then refinish everything
